This high-end residential block of flats was constructed in 2008 in Camdon, London. Located close to a main road the façade was heavily soiled with carbon along with the powder coated cladded section suffering from UV damaged and oxidation.
Our remit was to develop a façade cleaning strategy that would allow for safe and cost-effective future façade maintenance. We created a solution which required sensitive cleaning methods along with specialists restoration and protection processes for the powder coated cladding, which were faded UV damaged. Access was challenging through-out the project with rope access methods combing with sensitive and phased steam cleaning to deliver a successful project.
