The cladding façade was leaking, it was allowing water to leech into the internal office areas of the building. This problem was identified through the undertaking of a variety of water testing method that would allow us to identity where and why the problems were happening.
Once the problem had been identified, they key areas of water ingress were marked in drawing on which a plan was devised to remove the cladding panels inspect the fixing quantities and qualities along with the condition of the internal insulation.
Loose and fragile fixing, missing or damaged insulation was replaced and the cladding panels replaced. Water testing was then undertaken again to determine the success of the project. A number of issues were again identified with the extra testing process with water chasing and entering to other weak locations of the structure and the same solutions were implemented until all water ingress issues had been resolved.
