Brick façade restoration & repointing

Materials tested & cleaned

Since the construction of this building in the early 1980’s the building had not be cleaned. Therefore, high levels of moss, lichen and fungi were established on the substrate.

We provided some essential maintenance information and details of the general condition of the facade structure and pointing quality, in order to provide a complete external steam cleaning solution. Using a 62m lorry, rope access and tracked machine we cleaned the facade within 36 hours to avoid any issues or adverse impacts on the client’s day-to-day operations.
