  • Solar voltaic or photovoltaic façades are like ‘solar cladding’. The system collects solar radiation and converts it into storable and usable energy. Renewable energy systems are becoming more popular as buildings look to become more sustainable and self-sufficient. 
  • Electrochromic façades change tint to control the amount of solar radiation entering a building. They remove the need for blinds or shades and help the building regulate internal temperatures meaning less energy needed for heating and cooling systems, which are generally pollutant.
